What Could Cause Black Spots On The Tonsil?
I have small black spots on one tonsil for about a week now. Yesterday I noticed the center looked like white cylinder things protruding from them. My throat and ears have been hurting for about three weeks now. I don t have a cough or a fever. What could this be?

Hi, thanks for the query.
Tonsil have holes where infected yellowish material collects which show on surface as yellowish spot.
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , combination of Paracetemol + Ibuprofen , Antihistaminic levocetirizine , Antibiotic azithromycin , Vit C for 5 days.
Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
