What Could Cause Bleeding During Urination?
I m 27....had the iud mirena implanted about 6 yr ago..almost 1 yr since its been out and my periods have finally got regular within the past 5 months or so....just got over my period on the 29th....well today i peed and noticed the toilet water was red i was bleeding again....why could this be happening?

Need more details. Mirena was inserted for contraception or for other reasons? If so what were the indications? I suggest you get an ultrasound scan to rule out any abnormalities of ovaries and uterus.
