What Could Cause Bleeding While Passing Stools?

hello,

i gave birth 7 weeks ago, and ever since then whenever i poo i bleed. i bleed alot, but it only happens when i poo, never when i wee or during day to day activities. it is painful when poo as well. im assuming the pregnancy is the cause, however i thought that after a while it may clear up as im assuming something has torn. please help!!

I understand your concern.
Your symptoms seems to be related to hemorrhoids.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone.
-use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath.
