What Could Cause Blisters Around Foreskin Leaving Behind Tiny Open Sores Oozing Sticky Liquid?

Recently I have been getting tiny tears behind the head of my penis from sex and masturbation. Last night I put neosporin on my penis and today I check and am shocked to see that I have blisters all around the forskin and all the way around my penis.i was able to simply wipe the blisters off but it left these little tiny open sores and and a clear sticky liquid keeps coming out and won t stop. ..PLEASE HELP

Based on what you have stated I would say that you have infection of the foreskin (Posthatitis) following vigorous unprotected sex or masturbation .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Augmentin along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
