What Could Cause Bloating And Diarrhea After Oral Sex Where I Swallowed Semen?

I recently had oral sex and when i got back in the house my stomach looked bloated and i have a case of diarrhea out of nowhere what could this be. I have this this with him before it wasn’t like this and i swallowed his semen both times

Semen is not the cause of Issue. May be his penis was not clean. May be contaminated.
