What Could Cause Bloating Of Stomach With Pain And Increased Bowel Movements?

hi, i have got a very bloated tummy, look like im pregnant....i'm not!!! Have a dull uncomfortable pain where my belly button is and feel lots of pressure so much so i keep havin to go the toilet. what could this be and should i go see a doctor??PS; my tummy gets more bloated as the day goes on!!
