What Could Cause Blood Associated Vomit?

I'm 19 years old and have been drinking and smoking and have just thrown up and there was quite a bit of dark blood in it and I'm in quite a bit of pain especially in my throat and chest.. I'm quite worried. Do you think I should go to the hospital because the doctors are not open now.

Hi,
Having quite good amount of dark blood in vomit and having pain in throat and neck and h/o alcohol and smoking requires urgent attention.
Go to ER and get examined.
There can be chance of having acute gastritis or gastric ulcer.
Ok and take care.
