Helo and welcome, I understand the problem. It is most likely caused by a urinary tract infection or a stone. You will need a urine examination as well as an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis to look for the cause. Other measures that may be done until evaluation are; please drink plenty of water to flush out any bacteria or stones and use of any urinary alkaliniser helps decrease any pain and burning. Infections can be easily treated by using drugs like nitrofurantoin that can be availed after prescription form your doctor. Please do not worry, it can be treated. Hope this satisfies your query.
