What Could Cause Blurry Vision/double Vision And Poking Sensation On Arms?

I am a 21 year old female. Yesterday I woke up with extremely blurry vision and double vision, my body extremely weak, I've been having heart palpatations (to the point I feel like I'm going to stop breathing), I am having a hard time remembering things, my balance is really off. I find myself running into things, and there's a spot on my left arm where you gently touch it and it feels like someone is poking me with needles. I really need your help. I'm really worried!

Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I would like to explain that your symptoms are very complex and could be related to different causes:

- anxiety
- multiple sclerosis
- thyroid dysfunction.

For this reason, I recommend consulting with your GP for a physical check up and some tests:
- a resting ECG
- a brain MRI
- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
-PCR, ESR for inflammation.

If all these tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of your troubles.
