What Could Cause Boils In Vagina Lips And Burning Sensation While Urinating?

Hi, I've noticed a change in my discharge since 2 weeks ago. I also have 2-3 boils around my vagina lip. When i pee i get a burning sensation. I'm starting to feel a little sting around my hole. I'm really concerned and i would really appreciate for your help.
