Hallow Dear,

Your symptoms of breathlessness should not be neglected. Since they have started from your delivery which was a surgical one, please rule out anaemia. Excessive bleeding during or after surgery can lead to anaemia. Please get your blood examined. If anaemia is found, better start iron tablets, high protein diet and fresh fruits with green leafy vegetables.

If your haemoglobin is within normal limits, considering the burping you are having, you may be suffering from hyperacidity in the stomach. Some proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole and carminative mixture might help you. However, before deciding it as hyperacidity, please report to physician and get your cardiovascular and respiratory systems thoroughly examined.

I hope this guides you.
