What Could Cause Bump Around Penis With Pus?

Hi,

I have been having a icy hot burn around the tip of my penis and low intense burn on the penile hole very mild with small spots of light green mucus coming out the tip of my penis hole. There has been a few small pimple bumps appear n but seems to go away over time...could you explain to me what this could be?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have not mentioned about your sexual history in your query,

The pus filed bumps on tip of the penis are likely to be transmitted through unprotected sex.

Please consult qualified dermatologist or specialist in sexual medicine and get following tests done to rule out STI.
1) Routine urine test
2) Swab test and culture of pus from the bumps.
3) Basic blood test to rue out STI.

In the mean while take Erythromycin twice daily .
