What Could Cause Bumps Around Perineum Post Sex?

Hi, I lost my virginity about a month ago and it happened to be unprotected but didn t last long since it hurt so bad. But today I notice some bumps around my perineum and I was wondering if I could have a possible std/sti or maybe something as simple as a yeast infection. Could also be from irritation from me playing softball and my underwear rubbing me the wrong way or shaving down there? It doesn t hurt when I pee. But the bumps are kinda itchy.
