What Could Cause Bumps Around Vagina?

Hi,

Right around my menstrual cycle starts or ends I get this big bumps around my vagina and legs. it contains pus mostly and some blood. if I clear it out goes away in few days if not then bump becomes bigger and painful. at initial stages I would not even notice it till I try to feel it, its only after few days it would become pus filled.

Hi,

Your symptoms are suggestive of vaginal infections, more likely to be a bacterial infection. Maintaining vaginal hygiene will help in early recovery from infections. Vaginal smear can be taken to identify the cause. Since you have mentioned recurrent symptoms, any pelvic infection should also be ruled out. You will be required to take a course of antibiotics.

Topical application of antibacterial cream should also be done. Any history of urinary tract infection should also be identified and treated simultaneously.
