What Could Cause Burn During Urination?

Hi, I ve had this problem it has been going on for a couple moths, some days in the morning or night when I pee it burns but the burning sensation immediately stops after urinating and I m pretty sure its not a UTI because I ve had one twice before and the pain is much worse and different. On some days I dont even get the burning feeling when I pee what do you think it could be? Ive had no other symptoms eg. fever or anything like that I m perfectly healthy but it s just worrying and a bit annoying.

These symptoms and history you describe are suggestive of a chronic urinary track infection or a chlamydia infection(Sexual transmitted). Low grade chronic UTI and chlamydial infections characteristically don't produce to many symptoms like fever . I suggest a visit to your family physician for further investigations of a urine examination and culture and also a urethral swab test ( NAAT ) and for a course of antibiotics.
