What Could Cause Chronic TV-static Like Vision?
Do you know static channels on the television? I see at all times a light static every where. is this an eye condition? I have been seeing these dots for as long as I can remember and as a child my mother told me to ignore it and not to look in one place for too long. Is there anything I can do to make this static go away?

This appears to be neurological problem. first your complete eye checkup is required. Vision, field of vision, fund us examination, record of IOT and general health checkup is required. Result of these investigation will give a lead towards diagnosis. It appears to be a problem in visual pathway. With the finding neurologist is to be consulted.
