What Could Cause Chronic Cough, Loss Of Voice With No Help From Treatment For Asthma?

I have a cronic cough I"m tired all the time and I almost have no voice and almost lost my voice I've been to three different doctors and finally was diagnosed with ashma was given 2 different puffers was helping but it's now back to square one with all the same symptoms.

Was your asthma diagnosed by a Pulmonary function test. If yes and based on its test report you put on inhalers ,then consult a ENT doctor as long term use and improper tecqnique of inhaler usage may affect your vocal cords causing loss of voice. If no then please consult a pulmonologist for the same.
