What Could Cause Chronic Pain In Inner Upper Thigh In A 33 Years Old Female?

Hi there,
I am a 33 yr old healthy woman, but have been having regular pain in my inner upper thigh. I do not have any bruising, redness, or swelling. I have not pulled any leg muscles recently. Now, the same pain feels as though it has "traveled" up into the groin area, but I still have pain in my thigh. My concern is a possible blood clot and I am afraid to let this go much longer. How do I know when enough is enough? Should I be concerned or could it be something besides my worst fear?
Thank you!

Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query

i cannot say directly as to what are the possibilities that may be causing you the problem. i would need to examine a patient for further details

i would however suggest a few tests which may help us know if the problem is related to them
the following tests are what i would have suggested
a. thyroid profile
b. usg abdomen
c. x ray of the lumbar spine
d. urine routine

if you let me know the reports of the tests, i may be able to tell you further what needs to be done

I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above so i can be of help further. Best of luck.
