What Could Cause Cold And Cough In A 6 Months Old Child?

my son is now 6 months old

he was infected with severe bronchitis and phnemonia on the 45 th day of his birth

he was given antibiotics namely novamox 125,

deryphilin etc

stills he shows signs of cold and cough

which medicines shud i follow

plzz answer me

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Apart from your past history cold and cough are common at that age.
You may give Sinarest syrup 3 times daily.
Steam inhalation if possible.
Saline nasal drops locally will help.
