Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that there is excess formation of intestinal gas that is leading to belching and gurgling sensation in stomach..
It can occur due to causes like Eating fatty food or intake of heavy meals, taking too much of frizzy or carbonated drinks, chewing chewing gums, eating too fast, excessive stress, smoking, diseases like Irritable bowel syndrome, lactose intolerance,Celiac disease etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and can also advise you investigations like Colonoscopy to confirm the cause and treat accordingly..
You can be advised to take a light diet..
Drink plenty of warm water..
Avoid heavy meals and eating too much in one time..
You should take small frequent meals..
Avoid excess intake of tea, coffee and carbonated drinks..
Do moderate workout and take short walk after meals..
Eat slowly as eating too fast can cause air entrapment..
You can also be advised probiotic supplements and Simethicone to reduce gas bubbles..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
