What Could Cause Constant Draining Nipples, Swollen And Itchy Nipples?

Hello my name is Martin and since my sophomore year in high school I have noticed that my nipples are like open wounds I don't know how they got that way but they drain continuously and I can't stop it. I think they are swollen because when I get cold they hurt really bad and they itch and I just wanna know what's going on?

Dear I read your scenario. This is called Paget's disease of the breast mainly caused by unhygienic condition which causes infection due to which fissuring of nipples occurre.dear you should keep the hygiene clean. You should feed your baby from breast. Apply POLYFAX ointment on affected area. You should take broad spectrum antibiotic orally. Hope you get well soon. You can ask more questions if you have problems regarding this issue otherwise you should Go to near doctor
