What Could Cause Constipation?
hai im sarada,im 22yrs old height5.3weight58kg.i have a habit of eating slate pencils for the past 1yr contnously i eat 1 pack per day sometmes. used to hav slatepencils frequently before 6yrs and then i stopped and agan started eating them for the past 1yr.now a days im getting constipated a loti want to know all the effects of eatng slate pencls.please help

constipation can be because of eating the slate pencils.
i would advise you to stop eating them, slowly cut it down.
drink 2.2 litres of water perday.
eat fibers containing food.
