What Could Cause Continued Discomfort Behind Left Eye With Brain Wave Test Being Normal?

Good day, I have a very annoying pain/discomfort behind my left eye for more than 2 years now already. It almost feels like when ones brain gets tired after hours of studying or it feels like if someone is pushing my eyeball from the back with their thumb. I have consultant with a Neurologist whom conducted a brain wave test and he said he cant find anything wrong

It seems from the history that you are having discomfort behind the eyes and on consultation with neurologist the tests are normal.
Since you are complaining of symptom of pushing the eye ball, I need to rule out proptosis. Note if there is difference between the prominence between the two eyes. If it is so needs to rule out thyroid problems and retrobulbar space lesions.

Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
