What Could Cause Continuous Bleeding, dizziness During A Hiking Activity?

My Dad is 72 and had a heart attack 11 years ago. His health has been great, till this past summer we went mountain hiking. We were climbing fast and when we stopped to catch our breath he started sneezing real fast, probably 8 or 9 times then he started to pass out. It took him a few minutes to come to. Since then it has happened a couple of times and now for the past 2 days he has been dizzy all the time and when he walks he leans to the left.
any thoughts?

when a person sneezes continuously, he tends to blow out most of the air from the lungs, and will develop a transient hypoxia( absent of air/oxygen) to brain when he will feel dizzy, no that he is continuing to have u will have to get him checked if he has common cold or sinusitis. i think when he leaning to left he is doing a postural drainage of the collection in his sinuses when he feels comfortable. i thin u will need a ENT openion
