What Could Cause Contract Of Arm Muscles?

I have been masturbating for 3 years. I am 16 now. I feel a great weakness in both arms. Actually, I feel that all my body structure has become very weak! When I try to contract my arm muscles ,it makes a sound like cracking. Also, the samething with my hands. What could it be?
