What Could Cause Cramps In The Muscles Of Legs, Calves And Thighs And Itching In The Ankles And Hands?

Hello. Muscle cramps in legs, calves and thighs. Occasionally in torso. Recent itching on ankles and hands with no apparent source. Have awakened a half dozen times in the last 4 months or so thinking I’ve had some odd whole body muscle thing. Once woke up thinking that someone had hit me on the side of the head. Only to realize I’d somehow slammed in head hard enough into my pillow to hurt. Now that I’m typing this I realize I should really go to see my doctor. But any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.
