What Could Cause Creamy Vaginal Discharge?
Hi Dr. Today I felt the sensation of a period but I knew it wasn't. I walked a bit once I was doing something I felt fluid on my underwear by my clitoris like if it was warm. I had white a bit of water vaginal discharge with a bit of white chunky/creamy discharge and clear discharge from my clitoris. No smell or itchiness. What could this be?

1) Infection like trichomoniasis, candidiasis, and vaginosis, which involves treatment with Metronidazole and antifungal.
2) Due to hormonal imbalance.
