What Could Cause Crusty Draining Ear?
what do you think a crusty, always draining ear is? went to ENT said to keep it dry and said some kind of dermatitis. Its not better, now rim around tragus and antitragus are red and swollen and sore. Who do you recommend seeing and what can it be and be treated at home? can i pour alcohol or hydrogen peroxide in ear?

pls don't pour hydrogen peroxide or alcohol .
constantly drained ear may be CSOM
( chronic suppurative otitis media)
or if u have much itching , it could be otomycosis (fungal infection)
use AUGMENTIN antibiotic for 5 days
and use CIPLOX ear drops for 5 days ( 3 drops 3 times per day)
cetrizine tab bed time for 7 days
constantly drained ear may be CSOM
