Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Cuts or fissures over the foreskin of your boy friend is usually due to yeast infection only. If it relapses even after treatment means, it had not been treated adequately. Both of you have to take treatment simultaneously. The treatment has to be continued for not less than 3-4 weeks. During the period of treatment sexual abstinence. Predisposing factors like diabetes, prolonged antibiotics, steroids, immuno-suppressive drugs, oral contraceptives have to be avoided as far as possible to have a complete cure.
