What Could Cause Dark Brown, Red Discharge Followed By White Discharge After Having Unprotected Sex Followed By Intake Of Plan B?

Hi I had unprotected sex and took the plan B pill 20 hours later, the next day I had dark brown/red discharge that seemed to be period blood, Its been 3 days and Ive been experiencing creamy white/pinky discharge. My periods are extremely irregular I have no idea when it is going to come, I haven t had one for nearly 3 months but I know that isnt due to pregnancy I just lost my virginity 2 days ago.
