What Could Cause Dark Circles, Spasms In The Fingers And Dry Cough?

Hi, i have an elderly lady who has come to visit from Texas, this is her 2nd visit to the UK she has pointed out a dark circle on the end of hr eyebrow its color is a medium brown about the size of a ten pence piece its not a bruise she has a tiny lump above it, it does not hurt her, she has been having spasms in her fingers where the fingers separate. she has had a dry cough for over 3 wks

It is not related to Gatorade. It could be a simple respiratory tract infection. If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
