Hello,
Delay in
menstruation commonly occurs due to hormonal imbalance, pregnancy, anemia, poor general health condition, PID,
thyroid dysfunction, etc. You are suggested to get a urine/
blood test done for pregnancy to detect if you are pregnant or not. You will be accordingly managed. You should take home made food rich in iron, minerals and high in protein to improve your general health condition. To manage anemia you can take
iron supplements.
You are suggested to get clinically examined, get required tests and investigations, imaging tests done to find out the pathology causing you symptoms. You will be treated accordingly. If you are not pregnant then you can take Regestrone for 10 days. You will get periods after stopping the medication. In case you are having
irregular periods then it can be regulated to normal in 3-4 cycles after taking Regestrone.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
