Hi dear bi advice you that you must not worry . insoite that you had tubectomy done , you can do urinary pregnancy test . I that is negative then causes of secondary amennorhea can include the following ;
1. Stress
2. Decreased loss of weight .
3. Disturbed hormonal imbalance
4. severe exercise
5 Emotional stress or physical stressIf is is some stess induced it will be definitely be normal in the next cycle . if there is no period next month also then please refer to a gynoecologist for proper investigations .

Rarely the tubes unite after a family planning surgery and may give rise to pregnancy. The pregnancy is more likely to be ectopic that is in the tubes or ovaries. So it is best to get a urine test done to confirm this. If test is negative look for other causes like hormonal imbalances, ovarian cysts or premature ovarian failure. They can be detected by ultrasound and blood hormone tests for which you must see your doctor.
