What Could Cause Delay In Periods & Discomfort In Stomach?
My period is 2 days late. I have a 28 day cycle. I used the real cheapo dollar store hpts today and i received super faint positives. My nipples are sensitive and if i barely push on my belly below my belly button its uncomfortable. Ive also been cramping all week. Could i really be pregnant?

Missed period is a sign of pregnancy. As you have got a faint line, you need to repeat the test. Take an early morning sample and do a urine pregnancy test to know about your pregnancy status. Hope that answers your question.
