What Could Cause Delay In Periods While The Pregnancy Test Is Negative?

Hilo Doc. I supposed to have my period on the 10th of april then i had contact with my husband since then i delayed my period and i took a pregnacy test but it was negative..what could be the reason for delaying my period. thank look forward for your answer.

There r many a reasons for missing periods ma.the commonest s hormonal.firstly you should not be waiting for ur periods indefinitely.if it does not com by 45 days u should meet ur doc take medicine n get it. N den evaluate ur hormones mainly thyroid prolactin n Lh and fsh on day 2 of the cycle
