What Could Cause Delay In Periods?

Hi Doctor, last month march 26th only i got my periods, but this month still i wouldn t get my periods, please suggest me to get my periods in correct cycle. Actually i had a irregular periods, but now i get my periods in a correct cycle, but this month i wouldn t get my periods please help me out this to get my periods soon.

YOU have to do thyroid profile and prolactin level.
pelvic scan needed to rule PCOD .
serum insulin level to be checked in case of pcod.
you can take t.primoult n 5mg 1-1-1 to get your period.
if you are over weight you have to reduce your weight to regulate your period.
