What Could Cause Depressed WBC Level?

problems with low white blood cells for about 6 months, feeling exhausted constantly, circular bruising appearing for no reason, breathless, bleeding gums, feeling nauseated, dizzy , sore heads, severe constant sweating, feeling as if i have a tempreature

Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Low WBC count along with breezing and breathlessness indicates reduced marrow functioning.
2. It seems you are suffering from pancytopenia.
3. Full CBC count needs to be done and if abnormal, might require a bone marrow study is required.
4. Need to rule out any leukemia first. If reports available, i can help you more.
