Discoloration of tongue may be due to tongue bite or iron deficiency or infections or use of anti platelet or anti coagulant etc. Use tablet Chymorol Forte for five days. Get it done platelet count and PT / INR. Use Mucaine gel for pain. Use cap becosules once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
