What Could Cause Dizziness, Hyper Tense,nausea & Sweating ?

Yes thanks I have mesa, I m a carrier and have not had many signs but its acting up now they put me on leviquin 500ml I m getting dizzy weak hypertension can t sleep nausea but no vomiting and the sweats a little dehydration also for abut a week now ,it started two days after I started the meds and is almost constant unless I m laying down and some times bad dizziness when I m sitting . I m in a wheelchair from a broken back 26 yrs ago,i also have a enlarged aorta that I can feel palpitating at times been to dr but no real suggestions do u have any words of wisdom I have a teen and have to get around do u have any suggestions of what may ease the dizziness and weakness, caffeine lots of water ??? I m not running a fever but am getting clammy and some nite sweats ???any suggestions, how consernedcshould I b and the dr told me to rest ,drink lots of fluids oh and my vision is blurred occasionally I have no money I m unable to work and on medicade only ,s Can just tell me if I should go to the hospital or should I b extremely concerned for now I m tired of suffering forthr last week please just a hint?

Chest pain in your case needs intensive evaluation in the form of baseline ECG and 2 dimensional echo of the heart.Any cardiac blood insufficiency can be detected through these investigations.Drugs like apirin,clopilet,beta blockers will help to control the blood pressure.Its is always advisable to keep the blood pressure under 130/80 mm of hg to pressure prevent the chest pain.Drugs like nitrates can control the chest pain instantly.Reduce the level of anxiety by adequate stress management.Regular physical exercise will help to control your symptoms.The overall risk of heart disease in your case is very low.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
