I get dizzy when I go to bed and when I move from vertical to horizontal position i.e when I go to bed I also have a join on my right shoulder or maybe a moscule that also gives me pain when I move it and I feel that this may cause the problem. I use my right arm a lot as I am a woodturner and I get a lot of shattering when I work which is transfer to my shoulder. the dizziness started about two weeks ago and the sholder pain about 2 m0nths ago. sorry about the spelling
