What Could Cause Dots In The Eye?

Two nights ago, I noticed light dots from my right eye. There wasn't anything to cause the light. I experienced them again yesterday, once or twice, but very briefly. Tonight it happened again a couple of times over a 5 minute span. What is up with these?

It is not clear about the dots. wheter over conea. asociated rednes pain ? vision should be tested. sometime it is due to dry eye. causing xerosis. this will be associated with night blind ness.Treatment is artificial tear and oral vit A one cap dailyfor one month.diat should include fish and green vegitable.
