What Could Cause Dry Eyes?

sir im having sever dry sensation of my eyes and my face is turning black day by day and im having cold and blocked nose very frequently and symptoms of sinusitis , may i know what treatment can be initiated, i already used a 5 day course of oflaxacillin and ornidazole, my ge is 38 male

For dry eye you have to use artificial tear drop like refresh tear two times daily. For your face you can apply sun screan lotion. For cold you can use use otrivine nasal drop and take livocetrizine 5mg tab two times daily. Soon you will be alright.
