What Could Cause Ejaculation During Urination?

While urinating today i seemed to ejaculate towards the end. I was not sexually aroused at all and hadn't been erect since i woke up which was 6 hours earlier. I am 39 and don't ever remember this happening. What could cause this or what does it mean?
