What Could Cause Extreme Itching At The Top Of Vagina During Menopause And Being On Premia HRT?
Hi I Have been going through menapause. I am on premia HRT. My question is about the unberably itching I have at the top of my vagina. I do not use creams or soap because of this. I know it is not a yeast infection. I have use a lubricate to help with the dryness but still no relief.

Vaginal itching can be due to several reasons including infection, dryness other dermatological issues like lichen sclerosis. A vaginal examination is needed at this point. So please follow up with your ObGyn
