Consult your Doctor for proper clinical evaluation, examination and specific investigations. There is something called diabetes insipidus in which there is problem with parathyroid glands and needs proper investigations of blood, urine, CT scan of parathyroids and so on to get a proper diagnosis and management, either medical or surgical as may be needed. Other causes can be diabetes mellitus, psychological causes and further evaluation can give proper diagnosis.
