Hello!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

The way you describe it I can think you might have Hypothyroidism, which is a condition when the thyroid gland isn't producing enough hormones and this can cause severe fatigue, heavy sleepiness, unexplained weight gain, constipation, etc.

If I were your treating doctor before think other possible causes I would test you to exclude Hypothyroidism.
You should do thyroid tests such as TSH,FT3,FT4 to confirm or exclude this diagnosis.

I also suggest to test your blood sugar to exclude a possible Diabetes.

I suggest to consult a physician and get this test done for diagnosis and treatment.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
