What Could Cause Fatigue, Bloating And Weightgain After Exercising?
eXERCISE SEEMS TO HAVE AN OPPOSITE EFFECT ON ME AFTER i EXERCISE I GAIN WEIGHT AND BECOME BLOATED AND UNUSUALLY FATIGUED AFTER VIGOROUS EXERCISE. i USED TO LOOSE WEIGHT AND NOW i GAIN 2-4 LBS AFTERwards. I don t lift heavy weights. what is wrong with me. In fact exercise makes me feel worse. I am gaining weight rapidly and eat healthy...salads, etc. nothing bad..and now I am gluten free.. Nothing helps.

The way you describe it I can think you might have Hypothyroidism,which is a condition when the thyroid gland isn't producing enough hormones and this can cause severe fatigue,heavy sleepiness,unexplained weight gain,constipation,etc.
If I were your treating doctor before think other possible causes I would test you to exclude Hypothyroidism. You should do thyroid tests such as TSH,FT3,FT4 to confirm or exclude this diagnosis.
I also suggest to test your blood sugar to exclude a possible Diabetes.
