What Could Cause Fluid In The Left Ear ?

Hello. I am female aged 20 years old. I am having problems from past few days. I feel there is something like fluid on my left air. I consulted doctor but i didnt get proper solution from him. It is driving me crazy and i think i am pyschologically disturbed because of this. And also my hearing is a little low than regular(though it is not a big deal) specially in the crowd, mobile phones, etc. Please tell me what should i do. I feel like it is hampering my confidence as well..HeLP me!!

Feeling of fluid behind ears could be due to an acute middle ear infection,allergies,sinus infections,eustachian tube dysfunction,anxiety.Examination of ear becomes important in this case.Please consult an ENT specialist for better management of your problem.
