hello sir /madam
I think you are suffering from acute gastroenteritis which is caused by bacterial infection through food or water. as the stool is green in colour it's most likely to caused by bacteria called as salmonella. first of all you need to keep yourself hydrated by drinking lots of water. do eat adequately and have food which is soft and semisolid and easy to digest you will require therapy wit has antibiotics.
tab oflox oz twice daily after food ,antacid tab ocid l twice a day before food . and prebiotics like cap GI OK twice daily after food all for five days
regards
