What Could Cause Green, Tapered Worms And Varicose Veins On My Legs, Along With Offensive Body Odor, And Should I Be Concerned?

I have what looks like green tapered and pointed worms coming out of my legs and what looks like varicose veins, anytime I shower or it s humid! I am too embarrassed to go to a Dr! I also have a very offensive body odor- I actually feel like I am rotting from the inside out!
