What Could Cause Headache Behind Eyes, Pain In Body And Neck?
I woke up this morning and my body aches from my ears right down my neck and back to my bum it hurts when I turn my head, I slept very badly and had some sweats in the night, I have a slight headach mainly behind my eyes and a bit of nose congestion what could be causing these symptoms? I was fine yesterday apart from a slight headach again behind the eyes.

Do meditation, morning exercise and yoga. Listen to peaceful music. Avoid noise and stress. Avoid the use of mobile and TV at night time. Some amount of coffee and tea can help. Take neck massage daily. Take tab paracetamol and ibuprofen after prescription. Go for eye checkup.
